加快培育新质生产力要打造新型劳动者队伍,需要培养大量能够熟练掌握新质生产资料的应用型人才。从先进制造企业需求视角对专科层次高职机械制造与自动化专业人才培养定位进行实证研究发现,高职工科人才培养除了在专业基础能力培养方面能基本满足企业需求外,在知识学习、专业核心能力、专业拓展能力以及素养层面都与企业需求有差距。为发展新质生产力,适应企业生产组织方式变革,专科高职工科人才培养应以数字工匠为基本培养目标定位,优化人才培养规格;以新工科建设为引领,强化技性科学知识基础;以真实工作项目为载体,突出综合职业能力培养;以数字化转型为契机,推进学习与评价方式变革。


英文摘要

To develop new quality productive forces, it is essential to cultivate a large number of applied talents proficient in modern means of production. This study empirically investigates the needs of major advanced manufacturing enterprises regarding students specializing in machinery manufacturing and automation from higher vocational colleges. The findings indicate that while vocational engineering programs generally meet enterprise needs in terms of basic professional abilities, gaps remain in knowledge acquisition, professional core competencies, developmental abilities, and personal qualities and attitudes. To align with the evolving organizational modes of production and foster new quality productive forces, engineering-focused higher vocational colleges should prioritize the cultivation of digital craftsmen. This involves optimizing training specifications, enhancing the knowledge base in technoscience under the guidance of New Engineering Initiative, using workplace projects to emphasize comprehensive vocational competency training, and leveraging digital transformation to reform learning and evaluation methods.
